Squid Game

ok what the fuck was that s3 ending editing this in case anyone thought i failed media literacy but i overall really liked this season i thought the deaths made sense and the dynamics between the characters were fleshed out really well. i thought the route they took with the mother son duo was really interesting and shows the cycle of trauma and abuse well, and the whole player 333 twist and gihun’s speech at the end was impactful and brings home the morals of his character in contrast to the game principles nicely what i didn’t like was the blatantly obvious set up for the US version of squid games omfg talk abt cash grab 😭 u can argue and say that “oh they had it there to show the cycle of greed in humanity extends beyond what we currently know” but genuinely why would they play ddakji in dtla be so fucking fr
