rewatched this for the first time in a while and I actually...cried? Somehow I've never paid attention to the details like I have this time around. The cgi is mindblowing and If you really listen to the complexity of the lyrics it gets you thinking. I watched the first half of the musical and this movie really lives up to it. can't wait to read the books. 'I'm not that girl' had me sniffling and I was full on sobbing by 'defying gravity'
