Train Dreams
This is one of the most beautiful and simple films I’ve watched, we simply watch a man and life his live and it’s heartbreaking and beautiful.
The performance given by Joel Edgerton is fantastic and one of the greatest pieces of acting I’ve seen in awhile he makes the emotional aspect of the film feel way more special, almost like I’m apart of his journey.
Even though the full film hooks you start to finish there’s a few scenes that just caught my attention and started playing with my emotions and even to the point where I almost shed a tear over the amount of grief I felt for the character of Robert.
Also the last 20 minutes of this film is just absolute cinema and made me respect film way more than I already did it’s just such a beautiful film
I think another great addition is the soundtrack it’s so simplistic but adds a whole lot to the film.
Also the visuals are stunning and really catches your attention all throughout.
This is one of my highlights of 2025 film.
