Crazy that we, as a society, deemed it acceptable to shift mainstream leisure media consumption from complex, emotional, moving plays like Hamlet, to Love Island and Justin Bieber playing YouTube videos on stage. Nietzsche was right: god is dead and we most certainly killed him.
