I just watched the series on my flight from Detroit to Los Angeles, and I just wanted to say the visuals, the build-up, the character developments, Carrie herself, I love what Mike Plans on doing with his universe. He’s taking adaptation and making it his own and creating an expansive universe, which is very exciting. Makes me want to know more about these characters. The mom subplot of being an influencer fantastic! What more could be told of her story? So I’m hungry for season two and then some. I think they did excellent work with the build-up of the characters, whether you love them or hate them. Carrie was fantastic. Chris, you hate it, but fascinated by her story. Sue and her complex layers, Johnny, and then some. Oh no, of course, Matthew Lillard gets electrocuted very classic. I thought it was well shot. The tension was built. Oh my gosh, Carrie’s mom incredible, the monologues in this. I’m obsessed and I’m gonna watch it again! The needle drops were excellent in this! 🩸 🩸 👑 Heavy is the head that wears the crown 🌟 💫
