Primer

My 3rd watch and only now do I think I have a good grasp of what’s actually going on throughout the entire movie. It’s presented and structured in a way were you have to not only have to pay attention the whole movie but also piece together the timeline and the character motivations as the story unfolds. It doesn’t really hold your hand as your watching it. This movie also has very perposeful and intelligent editing that helps to effectively communicate hint’s or details as to what characters are doing or feeling.  And also look at the crew for this movie. Other than two people it’s litteraly only Shane Carruth. Such a talented artist but unfortunetaly not so talanted romantic partner.  5/5 Masterpiece! Can't wait to see Upstream Color whenever I get the chance.
