Such an intelligent storyboard that results in emotional connections and edge of the seat set-pieces. Seeing this for the first time on an IMAX screen was impeccable viewing.
Nolan pieces everything together in the most perfect of ways. Zimmer’s inspired composition, creating the greatest film score of all time, McConaughey’s charismatic performance and some of most stunning shots due to Hoyte Van Hoytema’s world-class cinematography. The docking sequence is quite comfortably my favourite film scene of the 21st Century.
Will always hold such a special place in my heart. For its complex narrative but intimate thread woven within.
