CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR. What a damn movie this was. Easily the horror movie of the year. Such a great display of horror in the sense of the whole concept is scary. No monster needed. I could spend time debating the moral questions this film presents because there's a lot of reading between the lines to be done here but all in all I feel awful for Nikki. I wish I had more to digest or say but I can't without spoiling things and honestly there's very little to critique as everything this film sets out to do it does perfectly and it really goes to show a big budget isn't needed to make an incredible movie. This. Backrooms. Iron Lung. This has been a revolutionary year for horror and I am very eager to see how Hollywood misinterpret the success and just keep making slop. I'm your freaky Nikki.
