Skyfall

💥 While Craig’s previous films were already good, this one is not only a great spy or 007 movie; it is nothing less than a flippin' masterpiece! The story is absolutely the best in the entire franchise, and it truly gives every single character their moment to shine. Craig is still amazing and delivers the best Bond performance of all time. The newly added Moneypenny and Q are fantastic, and Rory Kinnear’s Tanner is super fun in this movie! Javier Bardem’s Silva is the scariest and most intimidating villain of all, and giving him a connection to M, which allows her to have a larger role in the story, is a brilliant way to set up her arc! Of course, they also introduced Fiennes’ Mallory in a nice way. It may be because it is so recent, but the effects and explosions are all of the highest caliber, and the Home Alone boobytrap finale at the Skyfall residence must be one of the best action sequences of this century! To be honest, this movie has everything: the charm of Connery, the good story from Lazenby, the humor from Moore, the explosions from Dalton, the style from Brosnan, and the seriousness from Craig. All of this, combined with an amazing opening song by Adele, makes this, without a doubt, the best 007 movie ever! 🚆
