I was so scared when my fav book was becoming a film but honestly had me in tears. I like how they changed the ending from in the book where Allerton just dissapears to Lee shooting him like he did, his wife. The phantom hands like in the book reflect his loneliness and addiction while he views Allerton as the freedom he's been searching for. It's fkn perfect. Love Allerton ♡
