such a gorgeous movie. i don’t have words. it genuinely terrified me how the happy ending was so close to not happening, but im so glad it did. it’s such a visually and emotionally beautiful movie, i cannot praise the animation enough. the raw concept of it is so unique and original, and struck me. the plot had so much reveals throughout the entirety of the story. most stories would end with the fact that she died, but that was only half of the story, and they made it so much sweeter by continuing the story. beautiful storytelling. i love this movie so much. every character feels so bright and you can feel for each one in some way. i can compliment the movie endlessly, yet i can’t formulate an actual thought of it. it’s just so amazing and something that will sit with me forever.
