Get Out: Striking gold Love how uncomfortable it makes you feel, but I love the relief of a satisfying ending even more. I cannot state this enough. Endings that leave it ambiguous, or all goes wrong, don’t hold a candle to one like this. I love the way Peele sort of subverts your expectations at the end, with the set up looking like the black man is going to be arrested. A movie about mixing culture, and I feel he does it in a way that’s not crazy political. And more than anything, it’s a tense horror thriller and a damn good one at that. TS Motherfuckin A.
