Titane

Especially struck this time by how perfectly all of the seemingly unrelated scenes in Titane flow into one another. Everything fits perfectly into its place, and as bizarre as it might seem, the script flows like water from Point A all the way to Point B. I cannot believe that France didn't let this compete at the Oscars. Not that it would have been nominated for anything. It's just such a perfect look at all of the many, many things it concerns itself with, and Ducornau's approach is so perfectly her own. Looking forward tremendously to whatever she makes next.
