I truly don't understand why this isn't rated higher, it's actually quite entertaining and the ending is perfectly satisfying. Sure it's your typical early 2000s college movie equation of (college time + evil fraternities + a 'loser' group + some sort of demise) leading to a brief period of 😔 feeling and then a banger, emotionally charged speech that inspires even those pesky angry parents and you achieve the blissful 😊 feeling by the time the end credits roll. And I mean come on, the big bang at the end is actually quite funny.
