Sinners

i went into this fully prepared to be disappointed, as ANY film with this amount of hype usually doesn’t meet expectations.  oh how wrong i was. thank you ryan coogler for reintroducing creativity into our films. this was such a refreshing change, and so beautifully presented. little easter eggs dot about this film, inviting us as the watcher to learn new details every time, and the ending just wraps the whole thing up so nicely. so playful, so great, i loved it
