Dune

The internet was shattered with the Dune: Part Three trailer like I mentioned in my previous review. I don't think we deserved such an amazing teaser from Denis because how are we supposed to wait 9 more months for the film to come out when he showed us one of the best teasers for a film ever? My heart is with Timothée Chalamet and his marketing campaign that ultimately fell short on getting the Oscar. Once the award season ended literally the next day he started his next era, the era of Dune with a first look of Paul Atreides in the conclusive film of the series. I can't for the life of me describe the feeling I had once the teaser premiered. I'd like to think that there's a life before knowing anything about Villeneuve's Dune: Part Three and a life after the teaser. Now since there are clear characters presented in front of me it's so much easier will be to revisit Dune: Messiah once more and I can't wait. I was already excited for any news of the third film but getting 2:30min trailer is more than enough to keep me satisfied for a good while. The anticipation for this film that the film community has is unmatched and already in full swing of making glorious edits just from the trailer alone. Seems like the world is craving for more Dune and I'm glad I'm part of this community. December 18th can't come soon enough, where I'll spend my Christmas holidays every day at the cinema gazing at Dune and go bankrupt at the same time.
