Interstellar

"Dad didn't even try! Dad just abandoned us! He left us here to die." A film that is so great on the big screen. What makes this movie work so damn well is the father and daughter relationship, a connection that transcends time and space. The scene when the crew take off to space for the first time while putting the volume on full blast was magical, something I am always looking forward to. For that scene alone I'm considering going back to see it in IMAX again, really tempting.
