Still Walking
Kore-eda is truly the goat, I really don't get how he can consistently write great family dynamics with real feeling characters and each time feeling so unique. One of the main themes in this specifically is being too late with certain things or planning things out and never getting around to doing them until it's too late, the film explores this so well especially towards the end where the director always shines emotionally in the last 15-20 minutes.
Overall though this just has so much going for it, the still camera setup that only moves for a couple of unbelievable shots, the editing that cuts so well and feels so seamless and then obviously the characters and themes involving family, moving on, memory, tradition vs change and longing/regrets.
