Evil Dead
It’s weird that despite my love of the original Raimi films (in particular Evil Dead II), I’ve never seen this. It’s even weirder that this film is pretty good.
It has a lot more in common with the original The Evil Dead, but feels like a decent reboot, even if this never really spawned a franchise. You can’t do true Evil Dead without Bruce Campbell, so why bother trying? Make something new.
