Oppenheimer

What a performance by Cillian Murphy. He was so stoic, grounded, and believable. Matt Damon, RDJ, and Benny Safdie were also great. I really wish Kenneth Branagh got more screen time because he was exceptional. I have a lot of great things to say about this movie. The writing was fantastic, the score was excellent, and the supporting cast was extremely strong. But overall, this film is not apart of Nolan’s trifecta of perfection. It was great, but not perfect, particularly because I found it difficult to be emotionally invested in the main characters. Again, I’m not knocking this movie, I’m just saying that Nolan has done better.
