Stupid sexy vampires 🙄 The only bad thing about this was the sheer amount of monologuing that often came across as very dramatic acting rather than a realistic portrayal of dialogue and character exposition. That being said this plays out like the best that someone like Stephen King would have to offer. The tension that Flanagan expertly constructs as the series progresses is masterful and ends in one of the most relieving catharses I’ve ever seen. Though the monologuing was extensive the themes of religion and faith and morality tackled in this are done in such an interesting way. Props to the whole cast and crew and Flanagan.
