Sinners

this is more than js a horror movie, it mixes horror, music, n history in a way.  one thing i really liked was how the movie uses music. moments like where they connect through music feels powerful like everyone forgets their problems for a while n js exists in that moment tgt despite their cultural differences. its like the film is trying to say smthing deeper abt community n culture while still being entertaining. i found myself actually not wanting it to end but the ending was beautifully bittersweet.
