Okay so first things first I loved how political it was. Like I knew it's a political movie but it was even more so than I expected. I especially liked how it showed that you can't be neutral in situations like this. Like somewhere in the middle of the movie Jake tried to get the people away from the tree so they wouldn't die while the humans destroy it. And it's meant to be neutral, you know. He doesn't want anyone to die. But by being neutral he lets the humans get their way. Being neutral is the same as standing for the more powerful people and I loved how this movie showed that. That's also why I loved when buddy finally came around and fought for the na’vi. I didn't like Jake at first, obviously. Not even when he started spending time with the na’vi, not even when he mated with Neytiri. Because at that point, he was still, yk, neutral. He didn't stand for anything. It's only after that he did. And then I did start liking him. A lot. But my fav character is definitely Neytiri. She's my girl. I love her. Her love for every living thing, her gentleness, her hope and determination. How she's so soft but so though at the same time. How none of those things stop her from fighting for her people and how she can hold her ground. How she's one of the strongest even with her beautiful heart. Now, for the romance, it was so predictable. Like I knew they were gonna be a couple the moment Neytiri and Jake met. BUT even though it was so predictable, I was still rooting for them. Especially towards the end. So they definitely did something right. They were so vulnerable and pure together. The animation is so so beautiful. Like, just, the whole world building. Pandora is so beautiful. The na’vi are so beautiful. The trees, the creatures. It's only natural the humans go there and leave a burning trail. They enjoy to see that beauty burn. And I’m not suprised. You can't watch this movie, and then turn around and start idolizing people like Trump.
