Sinners

This movie was so fucking good! The horror elements merged with the soulful vibe works so well and is so brilliantly done.  The music and score in this movie is so damn beautiful that I had to check out who was behind it, and of course it was the one and only Ludwig Göransson. He’s fucking talented and boy was it good. Then the cinematography…woah. I mean just WOAH was it beautiful and unique. Every shot was incredibly well done and the long takes were so good. My favourite scene though must be when they start fighting in the barn when the framing changed size, that was so bloody satisfying and well planned. All the actors in this movie are phenomenal, especially Michael B. He does an incredible job and really proves that he’s an incredible actor. Lastly, I’m a sucker for vampire movies so this was right up my alley and I really liked their designs, especially Remmick’s. His red glowing eyes, big fangs and those big ass claws were amazing design choices. The glowing eyes overall was a nice touch to all the vampires, it was really cool.
