Queer
Luca Guadagnino has this way of beautifully picturing emotions, like you can actually feel them, even the most fleeting ones. He creates an understanding between people that no words ever could. The overconsuming loneliness and desire pulled the main character into an addiction, but was that an addiction to opioids or Eugene? He fell in love so deeply that intimacy was not enough, he’d want to crawl under his skin and stay close like that forever. (Tears were shed, lives were changed)
