Boogie Nights

“It turns, it curls up your belly. Makes you wanna freaky deaky right?” A movie I haven’t watched in 3 years. I remember at that time I thought to myself surely i can’t like something more than that. This has brought me straight back to that feeling. ITS SO DAMN GOOD. It’s unfair to think someone can make this especially in their 20s. It puts you through all the emotions to such a high degree. The film oozes with charisma and style. The music, the characters, the humour like there is so much to enjoy. It really has all of that on top of a really dark and harrowing industry, highlighting its immediate issues. Buck is also hilarious like oh my god the scene of him selling the Hi-Fi system always gets me in stitches I don’t know why I find it so funny.
