A child's intelligent heart can fathom the depths of many dark places, but can it fathom the delicate moment of its own detachment? This movie is incredibly accurate of how society and education are nowadays and its really emphasing what a lot of students genuenily go through when its come to thing like anxeity, depression, agressivness, bullying and even in the case of this movie suicide and suicidal thoughts. Adrien Brody played the role of Henry Barthes so well and the way he acts and his expression, tone and body language really emphasise how Henry Barthes feels - the way he actually cares for the students unlike the other teachers makes you question how teachers act in real life education (obviously not every teacher - especially subs will act like he did, but when you find a teacher that does it can really help a student). Fantastic movie, very emotional but will definetly rewatch!
