I’m never recovering. This was one of the most beautiful films I’ve seen in forever. The way it expresses the emotional depth of humans perspectives is perfect, even though it may have been with a “machine”. I couldn’t have loved this film more, I felt the feelings of Theodore in every scene, you could really see and understand the emotions shown by Joaquin Phoenix throughout the film. The showing of how sometimes all people need is love, whether it’s in a relationship or a friendship shattered my soul, as it really made me reflect upon my life and other’s personal lives, and why they can react the way they do to difficult situations in life. This film broke my heart as much as La La Land.
