Sinners

saw this movie in my local theatre at midnight like god intended.  this movie was a juggling act of so many things. comedy, suspense, eroticism, and down right excellent performances. i loved the way that this film set itself up for the moments before the sun went down. with such an unsettling opening, you somehow manage to forget the self-fulfilling prophecy of agony and the implied sole survivor as more characters and their dynamics and livelihoods are introduced.  for about 98% of the time i was watching this movie, i was thinking to myself, “holy shit this music is so good.” there was a vast variety of performances given in this movie and every damn one was delivered with perfection. i am floored with the soundtrack.  everyone is drenched in blood, dancing, singing, and they all are ridiculously hot.
