Superman Returns

I think this is actually a somewhat success, given that it had to be a direct sequel to a long dead and mostly bad franchise, while also being new/modern, and function as a pretty good Christ allegory. The casting across the board is actually pretty perfect and its biggest crime is that it just doesn't ever quite click into a groove that fully works. But again...neither did any of the originals if you ask me. Pretty respectable effort tbh.
