Scream
Finally watched Scream. Couldn’t call myself a horror girly if I hadn’t seen this one. Loved it, though, I can see why it's a cult classic.
What I especially adored is how self-aware the movie is: constantly criticizing the horror genre and its clichés, while simultaneously embracing and executing those same tropes so well.
Also, I will be forgiving Skeet Ulrich for all crimes committed —I love my fictional men hot and mentally unstable. I knew from the very beginning he was one of the killers, by now, that’s common knowledge on the internet. But gotta say, I still like him.
