F1
George Russell was in this movie for 10 seconds, and he managed to crash into someone and get on the podium. I love that man.

I am into F1, so naturally I was insanely hyped when I first saw the trailer. There were scenes in which the FIA was absolutely nonexistent, but apart from that, I would say the film is a pretty realistic portrayal of an actual sport. Suspense was there, awesome racing scenes and drama behind the curtains were there, what more can I ask for from a racing movie. Acting, obviously, was exceptional given the fact that Damson and Brad were in it. Sound design was perfect. Scores and soundtracks were astonishing. Hans Zimmer just doesn't miss. Visually speaking, it was also spectacular. Paired with great camerawork, this movie gave us some of the most memorable scenes and shots. Hype moments and emotional scenes hit hard and were enjoyable, as opposed to forced "they won, be happy" scenes that are typical in the sports genre.
One downside I would point out is the superficial side character development. The movie focused too much on Damson and Brad's characters and kind of abandoned the rest of the cast or gave them a sort of dependency on the main two.
I think this movie was a massive success overall and definitely one of the top 5 movies released in 2025.
