oh i truly love this film more than words can explain.. i had to rewatch my comfort film after a day of pure Stress such a beautiful, intimate tale of loneliness. an interesting horror as the horror lies more in may’s isolation and sadness rather than her actions and the gore. that ending!! utterly devastating. and i’ve stated in previous reviews, a wonderful reflection of how women are fetishised for their strangeness and then deemed as too extreme and off-putting when they are actually into strange stuff. i love weird girl representation in cinema!! more more more
