Nosferatu
I’ve been a fan of Nosferatu (1922) for a long time, Infact the first movie I put on my watchlist was Nosferatu (2024). I had it when I first got letterboxd and i’ve been waiting before the posters, before the official casting, before everything. Sad that it will no longer be the first movie on my watchlist but i’m glad i’ve finally got to see a modernized (filming wise not story) of Nosferatu. I watched in theatres with one of my friends that I 100% definitely influenced her to watch it hehe 😉. Anyways back to the movie. I’m so happy I was able to watch it. I got a poster as well. Anyways, I found the filming style to be great, amazing use of shadows and the lighting. I did get jumpscared each time, I kept forgetting this is part of the horror genre so I kept my guard down. Loved this movie, Definitely watch!
