fuck VICE! i swear to god, every single character is a different anak jaksel working at some so-called media company, trying so hard to feel important. the film plays with its style like it’s in on the joke—the editing is unhinged in the best way, the shot choices, the direction.  this film is a call out for the people who exploit other marginalized people for content but saying they’re ‘cultured’. Because sometimes, when you’re too busy performing meaning, you forget to be human.
