A legendary, once in a century, special movie. Yet I’m still torn, it has a multitude of very large issues, yet the message, philosophical questions asked, and the music is still so good. Was the ending wayyy too drawn out? Yes. Were some parts slow, dragged out and boring? Yes. But, did I still manage to watch it without pausing more than once? Yes. Still a beautiful, well constructed, well paced intelligent movie. Great protagonist, story, setting, theme, tone and just a generational movie. I’m giving it a 4 and a half because that’s where the wind blows but who knows.
