Moneyball

“How can you not get romantic about baseball”  Everybody loves slightly cheesy sports films about underdogs, Moneyball is not that. It’s a super uplifting film about one of the biggest underdogs in sports history that’s also an expertly crafted film and incredibly entertaining. There’s so many amazing technical features mainly the soundtrack and sound design that help to create a beautiful ambience, but really it all comes down to the absolutely incredible central 3 performances from Hill, Pitt and Hoffman and the amazing writing and dialogue. I’ve already seen this once before and it’s even better than I remember it being the first time, I could watch this over and over again. Never judge a book by its cover, never count out the underdog, and never be scared to experiment cause you just might change the game forever. Incredible  (Lowkey might get into the MLB after watching this)
