Curious George
This is my 100th Letterboxd log this year
I thought about watching some classic I haven’t seen like The Godfather for my 100th but I saw a clip of this movie and knew it deserved a rewatch.
I know this is nostalgic for a lot of people but for me personally this was the first movie I ever saw in theaters. I was 3 years old and my dad took me. Even though I was so young I still specifically remember sitting all the way at that top right of the theatre, one of my earliest memories. They were selling Curious George books there and my dad bought me every one, I still have them today and plan to pass them on to my future children. I will always love this movie for the way it reminds me how much my parents have done in order to make me feel loved. I appreciate them more than they know.
This movie will always feel like a 5/5 for me :)
Also I have to mention the soundtrack. Jack Johnson is amazing
