Arrival

This film is the ultimate comfort a film can ever be. The sense of fulfillment I experience during the emotional conclusion, accompanied by On the Nature of Daylight by Max Richter never fails to send shivers down my spine. Villeneuve masterfully weaves a complex, heartbreaking, and thought-provoking sci-fi drama. I staunchly believe that Amy Adams deserved, at the very least, an Oscar nomination for her performance. This film has left an indelible mark on me, one that I will never forget.
