Clue
While the dialogue is beyond unrealistic, it’s incredibly entertaining and clever. It’s a witty sort of humor that’s self aware but also just good fun altogether, it surprises me how it walks that line without being annoying. The color of the movie is also wonderfully vibrant and really ties together the fictional aspect of the film. The acting was actually incredibly high-quality, especially Tim Curry, and there was only one scene I found to be off. The ending was also an incredibly strong part of the movie but did not overshadow the rest of it, the fact that they showed multiple different endings showed how intricate the story was and the overall guilt of all the characters, then the final, true ending was surprising and in my opinion the best choice possible.
The camera-work is very choppy and unsteady and there isn’t really a single unique shot in the movie. Its blandness doesn’t destroy the film but has a bit of a negative effect on it. Generally speaking, this movie doesn’t provide much other than fun and entertainment, it’s absolutely wonderful nonetheless.
