I really hate the way I critiqued movies back in 2017-19, where I was just so ashamed of liking any movie that was considered BaD (i.e. The Matrix sequels, Star Wars prequels, most Bay/Shyamalan/Snyder films). I loved this movie growing up and in my early teens thought I would be cool and different by saying it’s overrated but alas I have finally come back full circle. The Matrix is the coolest fucking shit ever.
