La La Land

Damien Chazelle needs to chill tf out. This is a masterclass in romantic realism. Beautiful sets, incredible acting, thoughtful score, and a story that leaves you emotionally saturated yet fully satisfied. I want to view the world as this film presents it. While nothing comes without sacrifices, La La Land still makes me feel like I can achieve the things I want, and accurately displays the euphoric elation of when it all comes to fruition. “People love what other people are passionate about.”
