> ***“what does it mean to be human?” *** Silent Friend is a **beautiful, intelligent, and quite original film**, but it's demanding and a bit slow, which might put off some viewers and make them find it completely boring... **The fact that the message conveyed is so direct, harsh, yet true, even brings a certain melancholic sadness.** It's as it says: "The tree stays, we go." This philosophy is present in countless writers, not only modern but also ancient, showing us the simplicity of life and that,*** in the face of nature, we are only passengers...*** The tree is an impartial spectator that can do nothing, only observe and enjoy the various generations that pass by... > ***“The tree remains, we pass on…”***

> ***“I have to believe in a world outside my own mind.”*** ** Memento is undoubtedly one of Nolan's best films.** I feel it's not given the recognition it deserves, because the film is truly very good. The fact that there's always the question of "Does he have amnesia, or not, maybe he doesn't?" is something that brings a very positive aspect to the film. The film is very well produced and completely contradicts the criticisms leveled at Nolan, about his films usually being boring or having pointless dialogue; this was not the case here. > ***“We all lie to ourselves to be happy.”***

> ***“u cant retire a wish,*** > ***want to hear her?” *** I waited ages to see this movie, and I don't regret it at all. I've seen a lot of terrible horror movies, **but this one might be one of the best ever made** (in my opinion, of course). It involves so many things, from the basics, jump scares, scary music, to more elaborate elements, psychological terror, and a terrifying atmosphere, or even the excellent acting from everyone! The fact that it's psychological horror (which I really enjoy) earns it points, and adding everything else this film has, the rating is undoubtedly 5 stars! The fact that we are present with someone who was living what she always wanted and therefore wouldn't give it up for anything, even with the psychological abuse, is very interesting. Nikki's constant screams, her smiling in a way reminiscent of the film "Smile," her sometimes returning to her normal state to ask for help—this greatly enhanced the film... The film was undoubtedly very scary, and it only proved that to be a good horror film, you don't need "extreme graphic" scenes or jump scares all the time. I won't hide that I was very sad about Sarah's death, but well, it was totally obvious it was going to happen, but even so, I was completely shocked. To make matters worse, she was put in the house naked... **Simply perfect, and this director has immense potential.** ** ** > ***“WHY DONT U LOVE ME” ***
