WALL·E

Absolutely incredible film. WALL-E holds a special place in my heart as it was the first movie I ever saw in theatres. It’s amazing how much the film can do with very limited dialogue, WALL-E is such a well realized character despite not saying more than a handful of different words I also really like the decision to include live action footage when depicting how earth used to be. It creates such a unique visual identity for the film.  The sound design is also something I’d like to shout out, especially in the first 30 minutes when there is next to no dialogue. The sound effects feel so intentional in their inclusion in a way that really stood out to me
