ruined my day 5/5 loved it EDIT: Days have past and lwk still thinking about this movie, genuinely might be the greatest horror film i've ever seen, the performances (specifically Inde Navarrette as Nikki) were perfect, the story telling was amazing, I LOVE the idea of it starting with Bear being sort of like able and relatable, wanting the girl you like to like you back, which i feel like she did, but after the wish he became so unrelatable fast. The message being about toxic codependent relationships and rape culture (and so many other things too) increases this from a run of the mill psych horror into something so much more terrifying. Nikki may be terrifying and scary but she is a victim and Bear who doesn't seem scary but is a terrifying villain because how he seems like he isn't (he obviously is) anyway i love this film, it is a masterpiece
