The Thing
The practical effects were genuinely baffling. Easily the most impressive I’ve seen from any horror movie, in or out of this era. John Carpenter’s classics always seem to have amazing music and this was no exception. The score was genuinely just as unsettling as the scenes of horror and violence. One of my new favourites horror movies I think!
