The Devil and Daniel Johnston

Jeff Feuerzeig’s beautifully directed Documentary on what I can only believe to be the unreal, true story of Daniel Johnston is magnificent in every sense of the word. Pure, full of heart, and capturing what would be a “flower that bloomed in the desert,” The Devil and Daniel Johnston is moving and poignant with every second of its 1hr and 50min runtime.
