Autumn Sonata
Absolutely breathtaking.
What a masterpiece of art questioning art itself.
The movie is so incredibly well written with amazing pacing.
The movie moves like it’s floating away.
The dialogues are some of the greatest ever written.
The acting by Ingrid Bergman and Liv Ullmann is beyond great.
Everything feels so real.
I was crying with my mouth open for most of the time.
The story is so heartbreaking and shows a great perspective on life, especially life as a woman.
Also the use of colors is amazing.
The only negative point is that the movie lost me for a while in the middle.
There was not much going on, and I didn’t really feel anything during that part.
Overall, an absolute masterpiece.
Especially the last 30 minutes were so unbelievably good, i just couldn’t believe what I was watching.
