Aftersun

This is a beautifully crafted movie. The hyper realistic relationship and the stellar writing and acting throughout the movie creates an intense bond between the viewer and the film. The nostalgic camera throughout the movie just adds to the effect. One of the best modern (if not all time) movies, Directorial debut for a masterpiece such as this one is absolute bananas. This movie has intimate emotion that I haven’t seen replicated in a movie before.  All that without mentioning some of the greatest shots in cinema history. (split screen, mirror, off the TV, The ending). The ending was perfect also. Cried right after the credits hit.
