"I believe music can change the world."
I genuinely have no words for how much i enjoyed this movie. For MONTHS this has been one of my most anticipated movies of 2026, and with that I had quite high expectations. But to say I was genuinely having one of the best film experiences is an understatement. I enjoyed every second of it, from top to bottom I felt like I was actually at every performance shown.
This movie already before It came out meant so much to me, but I know It meant even more for one of the people I watched this with, my dad. Because of him, my childhood was filled completely with MJ and his work. So while I watched this movie, I had one eye on him to see his reaction to the entire movie. So when he walked out of this movie saying he absolutely loved it, that's when I knew I just had watched something I'd consider a masterpiece.
Jaafar Jackson did such an amazing job. Genuinely he captured such an essence that made me truly like I was watching clips of Michael on the screen.
Colman Domingo was honestly so terrifying as Joe Jackson, he made me genuinely scared.
One of the last things I want to mention was the attention to detail on EVERYTHING. The one thing I loved seeing was the Jackson property in Encino. As someone who's had the HONOR of being on the property (biggest brag of my life) i'd have to say what they got everything down absolutely perfect.
Overall this movie to was amazing. I loved every second of this movie. Watching this in a theater full of Micheal fans all cheering and clapping like we were all all at his concert was beautiful.
